Information you submit
Artist submissions may include contact, music, service-interest, link, image, and review information. Sponsor inquiries may include organization, contact, category, website, and partnership-interest information. Newsletter signup collects an email address and your subscription consent.
How it is used
Southern Official may use submitted information to receive, review, respond to, and administer the request you chose to make. Newsletter information is used for the email subscription you requested. A submission does not guarantee acceptance, airplay, sponsorship, placement, an interview, or any commercial outcome.
Limited attribution
Public forms may retain limited first-touch campaign information, the landing path, the referring site's origin, and capture time. These intake records do not add an IP address, device fingerprint, advertising identifier, persistent visitor identifier, or unrestricted user-agent history.
System boundaries
Submitted information is handled through server-controlled Southern Official intake systems. Internal administrative, payment, credential, and operational information is not exposed through the public forms. Newsletter email addresses are not placed in Southern Official canonical event records.
